To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened body care products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or sent in error.
